supreme court decision on ncell tax
Supreme court of Nepal have decided to give judgement on Ncell tax related issues on Bhadra 5. Before, it was planned to give decision on Shrawn 30 but it postponed for a week and reached to bhadra 5.
Currently, Ncell tax related issues have been under investigation of judges Tejbahadhur KC, Purshottam Bhandari, Dambar bahadhur Shahi, Susma Lata Mathema and Manoj kumar sharma.
According to Spokeperson of Supreme court, Kishor Paudel,”the final judgement of Ncell tax issues will be on Bhadra 5″.
The Large Taxpayer Office at Lalitpur on Baisakh 3, have given final notice to Ncell to pay 39 Arab,6 crore,6 lakh and 84 thousand to Nepal government within a week. But, after this notice, Ncell have filed a case against large taxpayers on supreme court.
Currently, Ncell is rapidly expanding its 4G network across the whole Nepal.
