Worldlink Communications receives Rs 135 Crore Investments from UK

Worldlink communications of Nepal have received Rs 135 crore of foreign investment from the UK’s CDC group. The CDC is the United Kingdom owned financial institution.

This is the highest investment ever received by the Nepali Tech company from the foreign institution. After this, Worldlink communications can expand its services in more remote and hilly areas.

Worldlink communications is the nepal’s largest internet service provider accounting more than 5 lakh subscribers and occupying more than 52% market in the fiber internet.

Worldlink communications have reached to major cities of Nepal while they are also expanding to the rural areas. It have now over 8000 KMs of fiber internet laying across the country.

With it’s operation of 24 years, they have been making a remarkable history in the internet services in Nepal. Thriving with the changes and adapting the trending technology, they have become the most admired ISP in Nepal.

Recently worldlink communications have the income of Rs 6 Arab in the 75/76 fiscal year. This also shows how worldlink is aimed to lay the internet connectivity across the country. Moreover, this will also support the digital Nepal aim.
